TheProjectSEO · Client Brief
June was the best month since the April dip, and the trend keeps moving the right direction. Here's the full picture: what's already recovering, the recovery plan in motion for the one real gap left, what we need from you, and a genuine bright spot worth knowing about.
/aircon-services page had its URL changed by mistake during a paid-marketing test setup; a couple of pages were removed for services we no longer offer; and /maids was briefly deleted by mistake and restored. All three are understood, none were a Google penalty, and all three feed directly into the plan below.Merge the guide and service page so /aircon-services becomes one clean canonical URL again — the direct fix for the biggest of the three incidents.
The two discontinued-service pages get redirected to the right relevant page instead of the homepage.
51 near-duplicate/templated commercial pages collapsing to 18 canonical pages. Redirect map built, deploy checklist ready, staging first.
A server error on the app. subdomain's setup file has been quietly limiting how much of the site Google can scan. Fast, cheap fix, already sent over as a standalone item.
Caught this very recently during a routine technical sweep: blog.helpling.com.sg isn't resolving properly for most of its pages. Needs a call on restoring it or retiring it properly with redirects.
A disavow file for a cluster of spammy sites linking to Helpling is drafted and ready. See approvals below.
Predrag's team is now being more careful about page deletions, URL changes, and template removals, directly because of the incidents above. Any future change touching an SEO page gets run past us first.
Four of five core tracked keywords are healthier than an earlier draft of this reporting suggested. That draft used a third-party tool's modeled positions, which were meaningfully off for this site. Real June data: "post renovation cleaning" at position 4.5 (not 13), "sofa cleaning singapore" at position 4.3 (not 18).
Aircon is the one real, confirmed problem — and the clearest opportunity. /aircon-services sits at position 18.8 while our own blog guide outranks it at 8.9 for the same query. Air conditioning demand is growing 50-104% YoY and organic is capturing almost none of it yet, which is exactly why this fix is first in the queue.
We corrected a GA4 data issue this cycle: the property had been blending in Germany, France, Switzerland, and Australia traffic since January. Filtered to true Singapore sessions, the trend now lines up cleanly with what Search Console has been showing.
This is a visibility problem, not a demand or reputation problem. Search demand for our core terms held flat-to-growing through the whole window, reviews stayed excellent, and Helpling is already being cited across every major AI answer engine.
Merge the aircon guide/service-page cannibalization — the single highest-confidence revenue fix on the table right now.
Fix the two soft-404 pages, redirecting to the correct page instead of the homepage.
Ship the 24-row redirect map consolidating duplicate/templated commercial pages. Staging first, then production.
Internal-link cleanup lands before the redirects go live, so nothing on-site still points at a soon-to-be-redirected URL.
334 domains from an active spam-link cluster — nothing gets submitted to Search Console without your explicit go-ahead.
Found in Google's own data — needs a separate treatment decision from the main disavow file.
Fine folded into /elderly-care as sub-sections rather than kept standalone? These 3 pages are currently indexable, so this is time-sensitive.
We owe you this list first (coming separately, see below).
Blocks aircon brand pages, elderly-care content modules, and creative work.
Needed to properly train the AI agents work already in scope.
Around Dec 2025/Jan 2026 — determines whether we fix this at the source or keep working around it.
Currently showing 0% for everyone because those sources have been switched off since setup 5 months ago.
